Sounds like in your case, based on other threads that I have read from others' similar experience, the only way your spouse can immigrate to Canada is to immigrate by herself (as a skilled worker, etc http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/apply.asp), but not through the Family Class.

Was it shown on your ecas? I renewed my med on Aug 14 and my doc said he submitted on Aug 26, but till now it doesnt reflect on ecas yet.
