ecas for the sponsor will only show sponsor details, AOR1, SA, and will show application has been transferred to NDVO. The principal applicant should get an email regarding AOR2, but this does not always happen. You will need principal applicant's Client Id (UCI) to track AOR2 and further info.

I'm in the same boat. Applied for family sponsorship and awaiting opportunity in EE at score 450. I think you will get RRPF back, if you have paid that already. All other fees was application fees, and will most likely not be returned even if you withdraw the application. I hope EE draw comes...
