When should wife expect to recieve PPR? 1 month since re-medical.

Good to hear PPR are on its way, best of luck to all waiting. My wife has done her re-medical 2,may,2011, waiting for PPR.

wife did re-medical, the only proof she got was a recipt(3550rupees) of the medical examantion. should we send a photocopy of the recipt to cic? Also anyone know approx when the request for ppr after re-medical?

For the people who have recently done re-medical what forms are required for re-medical? if u have the web site links please post them.

I got a email it mentioned a letter has been sent to applicant on 15 april 2011 for medical examination. wife never recieved the letter. Should i call CIC and ask since i got no response in email?

wife's medical expired in 15 march 2011 cic has sent me a letter something about medical examination on 15 april 2011 i havn't recievd the letter yet i emailed them 3 times no reply, should the wife just go and get the medical redone and send it?

Guys please tell me if i need to get re-pcc tested from islamabad, because when i sent 1st pcc i got wife got it tested.

still haven't recieved any letter that was mailed out on 24march and 15april i have 45 day to send it back. i emailed them 2 days ago no reply yet. Anyone get a reply why the delay?

i have another question, is it safe to clear customs with alot of gold? The gold was given to her during the wedding. We have had an issue before when a relative came and the jewlery was taken by the customs and they were fined. Also we have 2 extra suit cases full.
