People who got PP with visa along with "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" letter Do we need to fill in the blanks and sign or leave it all blank?

Alhumdulliah my wife received her passport back with visa today :). CIC took 10 days to return.

when did your status change to decision made? Also was your PP delivered to your doorstep or u had to pick it up from TCS office?

1 day difference i sent it out and the received it on the 12the, I will most likely hear the good news tomorrow morning.

Yes we sent it right away, they recieved it on 12,july,2011

Re-medical was done on 4may,2011

I don't know how they work but we were May AOR and recieved PPR on 12th of this month.

I pray to Allah for all waiting for PPR. My wife sent her PPR request through TCS and has been received 2days ago. When can we expect for PP to come back?

Also have a question, i would like to confirm that the forms my wife recieved has checklist 1 thru 6. We only fill in questions 1(applicant name,D.O.B,passport number, etc) and 6 fill in address and sign and ofcourse send 2 applicant photos. + Passport
