anyone has any insight into this question pls? CIC website says time you spent as a claimant wont be counted. so my question is: do I keep that period of one year when I was a refugee claimant empty? wouldnt that leave a gap? FYI when I was a claimant I applied for work permit and was working.

Both of my photos were stamped. What I know however is that applications don't get returned even if your missing photos altogether. You will simply be asked to send them once your application is being processed.

Do you guys think the processing time will increase due to influx of applications?
