    yes your application will be returned. now only tricky thing is when. if your lucky, your application will be returned before being sent to processing. if it gets sent to processing then the delay will be longer and you wont get a full refund.

    If you were a temporary resident before Jan 2014 and within your eligibility period then yes you need to include that time. If first time you came to Canada was in Jan 2014 and as a landed immigrant with PR then your eligibilty period starts from Jan 2014 the day you arrived here first time

    Option 4 for citizenship. If the line is too busy you will get disconnected. If you always want to reach someone the best option is sponsorship
