Umm why won't you get a PR card? That will be issued to you obviously but it will be conditional. If you don't fulfill the requirement of staying with ur sponsor for two years, CIC will have the right to revoke it. Nothing complicated for ppl who have condition 51 on their PR.

They extend it up to 3 months. Not further. Also make sure you book a flight n fly out as soon as you receive your passport. Don't sit back n wait. Be prepared.

Yes there are a couple of applicants who sent their PPs directly to London n recieved back with the visa. N then they landed by flagpoling. So it's possible

We are in the same boat. I got my notes, generated on 2nd oct. Nothing so far. The only update was they have attached the additional proofs of ongoing relationship that I sent. Heartbreaking. I hope something good comes for us this month.

Read the email carefully. They give you 7 days to submit PPR 1 and then you have to submit your original passport after 15 or 30 days. Check what did they say in the email. Just send your pp after that period. Hope this helps.

Apply for a limited validity passport for him. That will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. I don't think you have any other option.

So did you follow up n check with them, have they received the docs or not?? They miss the docs sometimes. N that might result in a refusal. What is the reason stated in your refusal letter?

Well they won't force them to do rukhsati.in case they if they aren't satisfied they will most likely call them for an interview. A lot of nikah cases are approved without the rukhsati done. Also they do take explanations in consideration. I think he should send an explanation letter n some...
