@Fanycheng There's an update as of January 11: http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html It appears you will just choose "Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, MCIIT" in the dropdown as Recipient of the duplicate copy.
