I agree with what you are saying, i am just wondering that the real process which is after CC charged or DD encashed is taking less time than the checking of completeness of applications!! We need to plant an agent there to tell us what they are doing! :D

What i really don't understand is what they are doing for almost two months?!! if first stage is for checking the completeness of the applications, does it really need such long time?! what i understand that the second stage of PER or NER should take more time than only 7 working days as this...
