agree.as long as you stated that the intended use is for immigration...this is a certificate so it doesnt matter wether for canada US etc etc..

kmuha din sko ng pcc sa QA, put in this way, in some countries they just specify that the pcc is intended for immigration purpose so as philippines we have for local and for abroad..the main use of pcc is to prove that you do not have derogatory record and therefore your pcc collected from qatar...

Looking positive pla yung application mo for Quebec so why you Want to apply for Fsw, else you do not really like to go to Quebec Then apply sa Fsw then withdraw yung qsw once you received Positive sign sa Fsw mo..so it's ur decision...
