its something to do with RTI as in India so that is why they say only a canadian resident can apply fro that for which they ask for proof and mailing address and the 5 buck charity of course

hahaha yeah true...I did one in October and then sent on December the reply that I am not authorized to view the status. I have to give the consent form in order for me to be able to enquire about my wifes application status.

well this is the response they give on the site when we email them Your enquiry has been sent to the visa office processing your application. You should receive a reply within 28 working days (by email, regular mail or fax). If your application is within normal processing times you may not...

oh wow nice.....they must have got fed up with you guys.....

I think a safer option would be to take travellers cheque....cash i think you might have a 10k limit......take cheques or drafts or travellers cheque as that way at least if it is lost or something it will be easier to replace..... you dont need to show experience certificate they are not giving...
