Meeting the requirement doesn't guarantee that you will receive an invitation. Crs 400 is just the min required score to be considered for NOI.

400 points is the minimum requirement to get considered for OINP. It doesn't guarantee that you will receive an invitation....

DO I have to include all the work from the past even if i am not claiming points for it? As I worked with NOC 6611(D) in past....

As of now no one have received NOI yet. So can't tell if have to re-create EE profile or not. I think they will wait for the Express Entry draw which is supposed to happen tomorrow- this is what I think.

Most of us have just registered few hours ago. So we have to wait for 24 hours to see if anyone receives any emails

Its not mentioned but as of the old guide it will be 45 days. Except "new online system" they haven't changed any thing.

There will be a link on the left hand side of the page "Don't have a ONe-key ID? Sign up now!". Click that and follow the steps.
