I have to pay the right of permanent residence fee tomorrow because our credit limit is $1000 a day so I couldn't pay it all in one go. After that I will be mailing it out. And yup the folks on this board convinced me to do outland for faster processing time.

LOL. Yeah, I would assume one can tell that it's just administrative errors (I swear, even looking right at his ID, people still copy it into their systems wrong!) but it doesn't hurt for me to include a letter of explanation in the application as well.
