We have almost the same timeline in terms of ITA and submission. My medical passed one week after yours. My BG started yesterday. So I wanna say don't panic my friend. There is no logic that explains why my medical passed one week after you and why my BG started yesterday and your not yet.

My BG status changed to in-progress after the shutdown. I have not received any emails which is quite unusual.

CIC also says: "The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm" But my scanned photo is a lot larger than that on my screen. I can shrink it or make it bigger after I open the file, but its natural size is a lot bigger than 35*45.
