This is not true. The person carrying the other person's passport just need a letter signed by the passport holder explaining the situation.

That's what I have done. It does not hurt. And because of that I have not received a request to upload schedule 4 yet.

On November 6th it was down at least from 8am to about 3pm. When it got back on it was very unstable. But when I checked my status it was changed. Let's not have any superficial hope though. Let's just think it is a maintenance issue.

That is a good test! I would say the answer is no. I wish we could have known for sure! But we will in a few hours. When the system went down on November 6th I got my status updated when I servers went back on.

From what it looks like all or at least a good portion of us who had access are having trouble. I am an October applicant. I've seen July and August applicants having the same issue. It is most probably some kind of maintenance issue and nothing to worry about, and hopefully it resolves soon.

Hey guys, I have not found any instance of PNP PPR so far. This means in a week or so we should see some. And I think after that we should see more and more because CIC officers become more familiar with the quirks of PNP process. Best of luck my friends,

It took me about three weeks before I get access to ECAS so don't worry I'd say. Now that I have access I use application number (the one that starts with E000...) to log in. Hope this helps.

Oh one more thing! I have not yet been asked for schedule 4A. Maybe it is because I uploaded it in optional letter of explanation section.
