There are more Engineering jobs / blue collar jobs in Edmonton than Calgary while Calgary has more white collar jobs than Edmonton so it's your choice...

You can courier Passports via DHL, it is the most reliable - I did mine through them...and it was delivered safely.

You may decide to send it with/without it! If you decided to send it without your PC; it would still be forwarded to Accra by CIC, if your application was successful! But Accra would request that you send it as soon as they received your application package.
