    I have no idea, we can choose embassy? We choose only VFS, after giving biometric you must have got mails from VFS, track your application with the tracking ID in the mail on https://www.vfsglobal.ca/IRCC-GPTWave1/

    I have no idea IRCC website says they take 13 days, but I am not sure there is no pattern that I see. Where did you submit from? How - Paper/Online? Where is your application being processed?

    There must be an update on your application in 'Details about your application status', once you visit your application it changes to 'Submitted'. It is normal, something like 'new update' going back to 'no update', nothing to worry.
