After 19 days my status changed to profile/application updated today and again it changed to submitted, does anyone have an idea what will be the outcome please?

There must be an update on your application in 'Details about your application status', once you visit your application it changes to 'Submitted'. It is normal, something like 'new update' going back to 'no update', nothing to worry.

I have no idea IRCC website says they take 13 days, but I am not sure there is no pattern that I see.
Where did you submit from?
How - Paper/Online?
Where is your application being processed?

Hi I applied for Visitor Visa on April 7th Online, submitted Biometrics in chennai VFS on April 12th. The same has been updated in my online application. I applied by choosing bangalore embassy. Today i submitted a web form to bangalore embassy asking them if they need any further information from me since the processing time has exceeded 13days. I got a response from bangalore canadian embassy stating that my file number has been assigned to high commision in delhi. I am from Tamil Nadu so wondering why my file was assigned to new delhi and not bangalore. Many thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I have no idea, we can choose embassy? We choose only VFS, after giving biometric you must have got mails from VFS, track your application with the tracking ID in the mail on https://www.vfsglobal.ca/IRCC-GPTWave1/

Original Passport Request is the next step, mostly people get it on same day.
