I have a schedule now for COA and CIIP. For COA, the person replying in text message told me that its ok if I dont have a yellow flyer and a visa, I just need to bring the medical request letter from the CEM. Me and my husband will have our seminar for COA on Feb 28 and April 6-7 for CIIP :)

You can request at the NBI now since it is valid to CEM for 6 months, so it'll be ready when they require it. But if you submit it with your initial application and still fall on their validity period, CEM will not require it anymore like in the case of krislovesau.

yup NBI. kasi we didnt submit at the initial application. They require me na it should be issued withing 6 months. Yung sayo is valid pa, kaya hindi kana nirequire :)
