Rocky272727, The points for 2years work experience for those job on the list of 38NOC is 17. For 1year is 15 points. hence, if you interpolate for a year and half experience you should be getting approx. 16points. Check EG7 pdf document on the government website. Regards

I think you should fine, once you have met the minimum requirement and your job profile meet the 38 list. Also given that you have the reference letters from your previous employers you are good to go.
