Just would like to discuss my case with you all and know the chances of my case being accepted.
- I have a Masters Degree Not Approved by AICTE. So I may not get points.
- Have a bachelors degree from DU - 20 points
- Have part time work exp along with my graduation. I should get points. What all do you say ? - As Finance Executive (Do not know the skill type) but worked under a finance manager and did most of the work apart from managing a team.
- Work Exp including part time is more than 5 years in 0111 - 21 points
- IELTS - 12 points
- Adaptability factor - 5 points. Have Aunt there will all her documents provided like, her PR Card copy, bank statements, Tax documents, a letter from her, Affidavit from her stating relation, certificates copy stating my mother's and Aunt's common Maiden name.
- Age - 10 points
It totals up to 68 points if I do not calculate points with Masters.
I have worked 5 hours a day. And I have the experience letters reference letters already sent along with my file. I even asked David Cohen office regarding this, and they said work exp is counted even if along education since education is not 24 hrs throughout a day, its only about 16-20 hrs a week as per the operational manual and work can be done along with it.
I have provided the below mentioned docs for part and full time as well.
