I dont think its the officers discretion. The fact that he has missed it and hence it wasnt caught. The rule is that MEC should be meet when you get an ITA or eAPR. Again we all are assuming things on past experience etc

Hi Friends, In what all cases we need PCC. Is it that if we have stayed in another country for more than 6 months, only then this is required. or what are the rules.

Have you heard that they reject the above cases. its not either the fault of the applicant though. I understand that its safe to wait till the date you complete one year.

Hi Friends, I had heard from few friends that they qualified for the one year experience in there 11 month itself i.e there profile was pickedup( received ITA) when they had the 11 month experience( i.e they got those points in the 11 month itself). Any thoughts ? or how does this work ?

Thanks, So with 2 years of WP, i can only claim the one year experience points. And i cannot claim the job offer points( because in order to claim 50 additional points the job offer should be valid for 12 months or more) Is my understanding correct in the above?
