Did someone look at the stats down there? despite of 1xxx and xxx thing.. All the counts are seriously unchanged below 420. That's super if its true! It looks true as we have 704 again above 450. Based on these stats, score should be around 413 at 3.5K ITAs or even lower if more ITAs are issued.

The rise in cutoff was because of 1K candidates between 450-600. Those were definitely the Canadian graduates. This won't be the case anymore in this draw. If you take that 1K out and adjust it in the lower segments, the score would have been 410 or even lower.

Did you take into account that, out of approximately 7K candidates between 400-450, most of them have already been flushed out in the last draw until 423? this leaves approximately 5.7K candidates between 400-450. Keeping the factor of 1K newcomers in this segment, that leaves around 7K...

My problem is also CLB9. With clb 9 I would have been at 441. However, I have decided to wait for reasons. If the score comes down and I receive an ITA, that will be a bonus for me, otherwise, I will reappear in IELTS by the end of this year.

Look at the last pool stats! You shouldn't lose hope if you look at that. Only 7K people between 380-400 and 5K above that. That marvelously marvelous! Considering the newcomers, it all still should be handled in 4 draws with 3K each draw. CIC right now is selecting 3.5K on average each draw. 4...

I believe if we have a draw in the consecutive week right after this one, CRS will definitely touch 400. The pool is not that as dense as it was expected to be until 380.

How many people are here, who strongly think 400 will be breached in next three or four draws? I am one of them and claiming it based on pool stats of the last few draws.

Nope. There is only one way in and out to the express entry profile and that is CIC portal. And there is no such thing as mass login or bulk update, profile linking or anything like that. I wonder what your consultant has been telling you for all this time?

All you can do right now is pray! The changes take 24 hours to reflect. If your profile is submitted before that, you are good otherwise, up for the next draw.

I agree with that. It is better to keep the hope and thoughts realistic. It isn't going 400 in today's draw. The following draw, probably yes! or if we have consecutive draws, it can go down even further and breach the 400 wall just like we had once 450 wall.
