My suggestion - Don't completely depend on your agent's response. Call up CIC yourself and get to know the status of your application. Ask them whether any email has been sent out or not in respect to your file or not. I have experienced a similar situation and got the resolution by calling CIC...

How do you raise ECAS request .... is this for any type of request or specific to MR, PCC etc once your application reach the advance stage?

Wait 10 more days i.e. end of Feb. Most of the applications are getting charged around 60 days so have patience. This game is all about waiting!!!

No... DD is already the 'money deducted' from your bank a/c so there is no risk of technical glitches or limits etc as in case of CC.

No specific reason why this NOC is a slow moving one... there are NOCs which are even slower than 0121. It just depends on the number of applicants. Please share how did you come to know that your DD was encashed.

NOC 0121 is one of the slow moving NOC and chances are that anyone who has sent their application under 0121 will get through.... however, no one can give any kind of confirmation ... keep your fingers crossed!

Hi I want to know that whether one should wait for a request from NDVO for a PCC (in case where it has not been sent with the application) or just get the PCC done and send it. Moreover, does the PCC provided by Delhi police online is accepted by NDVO or one has to get it from passport office...

What are you waiting for? Your documents sitting on a shelf is worth Nothing! Give it a shot!!! You have nothing to loose except few $$$ on courier... Now you decide whether it's worth taking the risk or not?

You can not send any additional documents at this stage since there is no reference no/unique id allotted to you wherein these documents can be attached. Keep your fingers crossed & good luck!

The very last days for applying for FSW 2014.... all of us will be the last ones to get all kind of approvals and requests from CIC/VO. Any idea on PCC from Delhi? Is it the one we apply online or do we have to go somewhere else?

The DD which was issued to me by HDFC, they stamped it with "Valid for Six months". So I presume that all the DD's will have a default validity of 6 months unless mentioned.

FSW is ending on 31st Dec'14. If you wish to apply under same, you have maximum 2 days left (courier will take 5-6 days to reach) which as per your documents does not seem possible therefore consider EE. Please visit CIC website for timelines on FSW ending.
