salary will be calculated as what ever pay you will write in job offer form and job offer letter...not on what is mentioned on lmo... but they will see lmo per hour pay as well to see if its lower or higher than that.. Hope that helps

yes its hard to find good employer these days... the only thing will be wait... at the end i hope so the waiting time will be even for us as express entry will fast track our pr application by only 5-6 month , so that will be a good thing for us as comparing to them who are applying today

bro i have heard that employer can submit a file for another applicant but the previous applicant case must be all done before filing a new one... Means suppose previous applicant got nomination and then he got his pr approved .. after then that emplyer can apply a new AINP for another person...

no not like that... employer can nominate any person but it will good to nominate under different NOC to file case.. if sufficient gap is there between approved nominee and your case then same NOC can also be good to apply..

your salary must be same as on the lmo or more than that. It can not less than rate of pay written on lmo..

As far they are concerned they want to see that you are above that LICO. apart from that one week sick leave and deduction from your pay won't have any effect. And remember to keep all your doctor slip or prescription that doctor advice you. Just in case, to be on safe side.
