BC PNP:INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE NEED YOUR HELP

Hello seniors, I really need your help. I just moved to BC for applying under international category (BC PNP). I know under this category I am eligible to work under 0, A, B category. Recently in B.C I got a job of RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR (in gas station) but problem with me that I don't have any previous experience in RETAIL FIELD as I am recently graduated from Toronto. I will going to apply under BC PNP after 2 MONTHS. So my question is:

DID I NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE FOR APPLY UNDER CATEGORY "B"? OR NO EXPERIENCES WILL INCREASES THE CHANCES OF REFUSAL OF BC PNP? IF SO, UP TO HOW MUCH TIME (3 OR 4 MONTH’S) I HAVE TO WAIT FOR APPLY UNDER BC PNP WITH SAME JOB TITLE (RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR).

As some of IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT misguide me regarding BC PNP and said me that there is more chances of refusal if you don’t have any previous experience in retail field under “b” category.

I am so depressed :-[ and nobody help me till now. Please guys help me and you guys are only hope for me. If somebody previously pass through same situation as me right now and let me know what I can do? What is right step to follow. Up to how much time I have to wait to apply under B.C PNP with supervisor job. I need your help to take out me from this critical situation.

Brother if you have previous retail experience that is obvious that will be bonus, but you do not need to have experience. Work for company for 2 months minimum i think before filing your pnp.

SO I HAVE TO WORK FOR 2 OR 3 MONTH UNDER THE EMPLOYER AS SUPERVISOR BEFORE APPLYING B.C PNP??? RIGHT... FOR SAFE SIDE...AND THANKS PARAM FOR YOUR REPLY...
