Where does it say in the guide .. one for each? Form has signature of representative, applicant and dependent spouse already.

Printed one with name in english print another with name deleted. wrote name in native by hand. got both versions signed.

I was told by IRCC agent to include sponsored persons. They are trying to align NOA line 150 with the family size to check eligibility. check previous threads in this group also ..

Estimate date and validate. Explanation letter would be helpful

This is only for form 1344. - application to sponsor. This is the first form in the chk list. So after the chk list. Bar code and form 1344. Does not say put all bar code pages after chk list!

in question 3b (ii) say sponsorship application in progress .. that will be 1 for your wife. takes your total to 4 i believe.
