why are some folks getting biometrics request and others are not getting biometrics requests? is it because of the previously provided biometrics is still valid (visitor or super visa)?

Agent on the call had said orginal form and original signature. Nor scanned or faxed. I wouldnt take the chance.

Its SCI Martin. SCI is the delivery partner. Mine was collected by this person.

Guide .. invite letter both say this form must be validated and signed. Same was said by ircc agent on phone. Unknown cant validate the form. Sending unvalidated form is too risky. Approximating cant be unknown. U shld call ircc to confirm. 2 cents.
