hii all experts and seniors......when background check is done regarding experience certificate.. what all questions are put towards the boss or the applicant.?? do they check knowledge regarding experience?? what they really ask when they make a call???

M worries abt the quest dey can put to me or my boss?? I mean related to experience.? Will dey check my knowledge? What will dey really ask???
