after my worked visa end ( 6 months ) can i apply another worked visa .?

i applied a seasonal job in Canada and it takes 7 months only , with the help of my relatives, maybe i ask them to recommend me to another employer .. is that possible ?. That i can transfer at the end of my contract ( 7 months) ?
