I tried recalculating my CRS score (based on the calculator on this website) and the work experience points do not reduce if I remove this work experience. I checked the CRS calculator on IRCC as well. So, without the referral letter all other work related documentation is of no use?

Hello, My last company has agreed to issue the referral letter as per the Canadian format. However, they have agreed to send me an electronic copy instead of a hard copy. Would that suffice for PR submission? Please let me know. Thank You

I really hope the draw takes place today. I've already wasted so much time the whole of last year as I didn't know how much of a difference a 0.5 in IELTS could make to the overall CRS. Fingers crossed!
