Yeah Right, Once the payment got debited, They just send the mail giving details about the reason of rejection and also states that they will keep the application in their record. They wont be sending the app back.

Dear Seniors, My friend Surinderbir singhs got the negative review mail yesterday due to low score, after his payment got debited on 24th October 2014. I shared his details earlier on the forum. He sent academic Ielts for spouse, CIC didnot consider it. Now he is planning to resend his file...
