Yeah Right,
Once the payment got debited, They just send the mail giving details about the reason of rejection and also states that they will keep the application in their record. They wont be sending the app back.

In my limited knowledge at this stage the person do not get the file back, only NER is sent.

Would request seniors to add.

Dear Seniors,
My friend Surinderbir singhs got the negative review mail yesterday due to low score, after his payment got debited on 24th October 2014. I shared his details earlier on the forum. He sent academic Ielts for spouse, CIC didnot consider it. Now he is planning to resend his file again in the same category 0121. Please suggest how to get duplicate copy of Ielts result from british council. they are refusing to issue duplicate copy.

Hello All,

If you observe then we found that many applicant who sent the missing documents to attach it to the new one has been considered and worked out for quiet a few i think so it does work and i am happy to see that happening.

Cause i think people dont do anything purposely and it happens that we miss out things cause we are trying focus on sending it to so that we can make it into the CAP (specially people applied last year for FSW13)

Good job CIC.

Does "missing document" include ECA original not submitted but instead submitted a copy? That is what happened to me. I sent the original already .
