bro for uni of ottawa it should be no less than 30 lack

1- dont know a specific city which is cheaper. 2- u will not get visa for college as u already have MBA degree...CHC islamabad is not giving visas to college applicants 3-the cities with lower population are cheap. try uni og regina, victoria, saskachewan, memorial uni of new foundsland etc...
