Property documents don't really play an important role in visa decision. If I were you I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes if your academics are good enough and you have sufficient funds to support your stay, you should be fine. Property documents are not even a requirement. Whether you're going to a college or university plays much bigger role.

BBA from MUN.. fee is round 8800$ per year..??

You should show at-least one year of Fee + $12,000 for your stay and food and stuff. If you have those finds, and if the college, uni has a good ranking and that shows your true intent of coming to Canada is only studies, then you will get a visa without any hassle. But if the college, uni has poor ranking and in which you can get admission easily, then the visa officers are spectacle about the true intentions and "may" refuse the visa. Hope that clarifies any doubts.

yeah sakoun say apply kero brother , just liquid cash matter + a good file . (its up to you to make a good file) and i will advice you to apply online and that too next month (if you are applying for Jan intake. i guess u have my no , detail ma koi advice chahye hu tou do call me , but 26 say pehlay , after that i will b in victoria in sha Allah , ap sab logun ki muhabbat aur pyar ka bht bht shukriya

Hi everyone, need your suggestions.

A brief intro;
I am Tanzeel from Pakistan.
I have been offered admission for MENg Chemical Engineering by Coursework for Winter 2014 session at University of Ottawa.
My brief profile;
BEng Chemical 81.44% of 3.70 CGPA
XII 70.8%
X 70.4%
IELTS 6.5 overall (R-6.5, L-7.5, W-7.0, S-5.5)

The letter mailed to me shows that finances for my studies are around 37000$ per year. I think subtracting around 8000$ for boarding, lodging and food etc fees cuts it down to 28000-29000$ per year.. Please guide me that how much of bank statement I need to show. Also I am currently waiting for Letter of Acceptance to reach my home thorugh courier or mail. Still greatly in distress regarding post procedures after applying for visa and also quite depressed as some of my friends have referred me to show bank statement of my father as I am showing bank statement of my uncle who is going to finance my stuides here. Also I do not know about the present job situtations in canada regarding earning bucks while studying also...
Need help guyz...
