There is no such option. You have to request as a PF member. And type your request as mentioned by me in previous post.

They will request you if they need it through email. Meanwhile you can get it and keep it ready. Anyway, that will be useful during ITA. No worries.

That section is regarding other activities like internship or volunteering work etc in excluding your education and paid work. That's my understanding. I didn't had any so it's NA for me. I don't think you need to submit LOE for 6 months gap.

For OINP PNP(confirmed by calling OINP helpdesk)- they don't need your spouse ECA or WES authorization. But there is a section to upload spouse IELTS. For CIC ITA submission - if you are claiming points for spouse ECA or work experienc, then yes you have submit all those there.

Both falls under tech draw demand NOCs. I don't think you will have problem due to that.

I'm answering my question for the benefit for others. I got below confirmation from Ontario immigration helpdesk over call They don't need the secondary applicant work history or ECA docs and also no need of ECA authorization for secondary applicant also. You can save your 37CAD.
