Looks like Ottawa office has woken up. Have seen many November applicants and one December applicant get their Test Invite. This is good, at least we are seeing some movement. No updates on my side for now.

No, don't torture your heart over this :D. No movement from Ottawa still, I guess they are really over-worked these days. Not sure whether IRCC does any off-loading of files to offices in other provinces. I don't mind if IRCC schedules a test interview for me in Alberta or BC haha

Sooo fast, 3 weeks for the Test invite in Ontario, that's amazing. Also: I am surprised to see people receiving correspondence from offices which are not their closest offices. Perhaps the work-load is being shifted, as mentioned in other posts. Ottawa office seems to be at a stand-still right...

December applicant here, got AOR on February 14th, In Process on March 14th. Been waiting since then. All we can do is wait, agonizing over what IRCC is or isn't doing is pointless, or why some offices are faster relative than others. I really don't get why people are so restless about this...

It would be nice to know which applicants got called. At least it would give a reference of where the office is at in terms of workload. If the majority of applicants are from June or July 2018, fine: at least we know that.
