I think the underlying issue of the post is that the entire process makes no sense at all. It's a privilege sure, but us who apply also spend a lot of money and time to get that privilege and yet there is still no straight forward way to get through it. So many hurdles and upsetting moments...

That is crazy, did they have a lot of time left for their 12 months? Aside from having to get all the docs redone I think they are lucky to be sending to CPM-M and not back to Mexico. Lets hope for your friend this means they will resolve the case faster, they have a pretty awesome turn around...

Did they advise him what will happen now? I have heard cases where the Syndey location misplaced files and they investigate and end up finding them. Will they start over? I guessing they would have to be given some kind of priority considering they are almost towards the end.

hang in there I started seeing other files transferred to Mexico from around December 14th and 19th so hopefully you will hear something in the next few weeks!

Oh boy!! So many different scenarios it's hard to keep positive. Hoping Mexico gets it together and starts pulling through on the 12 months timeline. Can't believe there are people going 2-3 months over or more. That's crazy!!

What has your process looked like? I was trying to find your timeline, have you had any indication of why it may be taking so long? Have there been any requested for more documents or anything like that? Any information you can share will help us out.
