OINP sending AOR for people who applied on January. Your friend will get AOR in 3 months and then another 3 months for Nomination Letter. It's better to get LMIA and extend Work permit if your friend is working right now .... I got my AOR recently ... applied on Jan 19th ...

You need to keep on calling that number until you get an operator ... stay hopeful

You can find your File Number in Acknowledgment Letter .... It's a document sent by province to you through e-mail ....

It's not job offer, it should be a letter from employer (Proof of employment) when you have less funds on your account (less than 12000CAD)

I think you have applied on November ... It was vacation time for them... Thats the reason, it got delayed. Hope you will get your nomination soon.
