Ontario Master stream PNP, can anyone explain.

Hi all,
My friend submitted Ontario PNP app under Master stream in the first week of April. She hasn't got any AOR yet, does anyone know how master stream apps get processed? How much time they take ?
Should we create her EE profile also ?

She got one year work permit as her master degree was one year duration, she has about 6 months left on PGWP. How long does paper master stream PNP takes ?

OINP only issues AOR for Jan 21 yesterday. So if your friend submits her profile in April, she will technically need to wait for another 3 to 4 months to get nomination.

OINP sending AOR for people who applied on January. Your friend will get AOR in 3 months and then another 3 months for Nomination Letter. It's better to get LMIA and extend Work permit if your friend is working right now ....

I got my AOR recently ... applied on Jan 19th ...

I want to ask if there is any difference to the processing of apps under master stream? Under this we don't need notification of interest from OINP to apply, neither we need EE profile with scores over 400. It's little different than human capital where score over 400 first get PT and then they apply.

We called OINP office to inquire about the status and they told they have received the application. Anyone who filled in master stream here who can share some knowledge.

I got my AOR recently ... applied on Jan 19th ...

She is not working, she is preparing for her school applications for doctorate. So LMIA os not an option.
