Why are you talking about medical expiration? Safavakili already did the medical and sent them on April 2011! Ittech is right. Do not rely on Ecase or emails.

Congrats! Why It is over the 14 months in the procesing time table? Did you contact Buffalo after the 14 months to see why It was taking too long?

There is CSQ interview but also federal interview which is rare.

You should get 2 originals of CSQ for to keep it for you and the other to send to CHC. Ask your lawyer why only 1 (the one submitted to CHC). A copy is not enough in Quebec. I hope this helps

Salam. I do not think It will take that long after you pay the fees.Thay may be still working on the background check. Yet It is good to email them as you are beyond the 14 months.

Salam Brother. Did you receive it by mail ot email? My understanding is that the fee has to be with the PR. If you have to pay it then ys, attach to it a letter with your name, file number and date of birth.
