my online application status does not change...?

hi Guys, how are u today?
please i need advise from seniors.
i am in Canada as temporary worker and i ve applied forPR under PNP category in canada Embassy in morocco. they recieve my file on December 20011, they ask me to do the medical, to pay RPR, and all done, and untill today my online Status is saying: Application recieved.
So my concern is: is there any effect of this on my application process?, is it normal?, should i contact them for this Regard?

i　dont think the Ecas reflect the most updated status.
I got my GCMS notes back. My medical was received in Oct 2011, however, the ecas status is still showing "application received" .

There are many process is done for my application also but the status in ECAS is still showing Application Received
I guess it's normal
