Hi, Did you select Type of application has " Permanent Residence (Applied Online)" and then select Express entry when submitting the CSE. If you haven't you should do that i think.

I sent them a letter of explanation regarding FBI clearance and they acknowledged it after a month. Last week i sent them the FBI clearance using another CSE as soon as i received it. My additional document sections says they are reviewing it. Its been 73 days and i am still at NA.

Did you submit any CSE or additional documents? Just trying to find out if there is any connection with background check.
