With my case? 3 weeks and no sign at all. No change whatsoever. No reply. No message. Nothing. I will send a fax to Ottawa - maybe this will help.

Do I understand correctly that you did not have ECA done for this education item?

Well it is a long way from here, but still something positive. I would obviously prefer having the PR without PNP.

I have positive feeling about all of this. It's been 3 weeks. Received PT from Ontario yesterday on my second application. That is something positive too.

My AOR letter says the same. I did not ralize that at first, and sent two CSEs to Canada. I sent another CSE my local office as per the AOR intructions.

That is indeed expensive! I don't think that you would have to redo the exam. If you redo it , then again CIC can reject the application. There is quite a mess with the medicals in CIC, and quite a few forum members were rejected for the same reason, even though others had the same medicals...

I was in Canada in May for 3,5 weeks, and started my application going in June, ITA in July, AOR in August. So I was not in Canada at that time. What is the "MP"?

Can I ask how did you go about working in Canada for that one year? Did you apply for a fixed term work permit?

Well, I know. I am an outland and I did CELPIP... It was just strange that they asked for the original since they have the scan & the online access.
