Mine has only 501 Medical, 502 Chest Xray, 707 HIV, 712 Syphilis.

U missed my point. We all want to be successful. Hence we are here asking questions, looking for solutions. Looking at illogical CIC actions it is sometimes hard not to get affraid. I am personally considering sending my profile without my spouses edu/work experience, and just providing mine...

Yet again, nobody who did it came forward and confirmed it was accepted by CIC. Seing lot of confusion and weird CIC rejection decissions, it is natural that we all want to go by the book. It is explicitly asked in the EE online form "does XYZ have any work experience/education", and not "does...

But one would have to FAIL the examination. And what we are seing here is a WRONG examination taken according to CIC.

There is no PR medical category. And it is not true that a different medical category was a sole reason why Yelena was rejected.

Why r u worried? As far as I know worker, non-ede is ok and was accepted by CIC.

A joint account on your and your spouses' name is fine. POF only on your spouse name is not ok.

How is the background check performed anyway? What do they exactly do?

Why would you be panicked about a BG check?

Do u think I need any sort of statement from my wife, with regards to our joint account? We are both going to Canada, she is included in the EE profile, I am the PA, and the statement shows her as the coowner of the account where all the money for EE are saved.

I don't think you need to show the source of the funds if it was a stable, constant 6months average balance. If there are any peaks of the inflow, then you would want to prove to CIC that it was not borrowed money. At least that is what I understand.

Everybody mentions FDs. I have money on something called "supersaving account" - it is not an FD, but rather a ...supersaving account ;) I understand this is fine...?

I haven't heard anyone contact them. This is the first time I hear about this possibility.
