hello all... we have addressed the grounds of refusal on latest application which was the current employment situation and employment rejection in couintry of residence... so we have addressed both of these by providing a detailed employment letter from the employer and director..now with that...

@Bryanna can you tell me how should the letter be with what info so i can ask her to talk to her manager for one

@Bryanna --- she is the sole owner listed on the property. its hers no approval letter, just a emploment letter stating how long and where and what she works in. no tax returns in couintry of residence. its cash payments and bank statement was provided but in a 3rd world country 10 per month...

proof of employment, proof of asset, proof of cc statement that we provide her and fmaily with financial relief our notice of assessment me and spouse t4's job letters bank account statement for both her and ours

No dear.. she has been with same workplace since 2011. We only asked for 3 weeks nothing more..we are providing all funds.. her salart is enough toncover basic nessesites for her and her parents. So ppl depend on her job salary to survive plus we provide relief as well.. what do they want to see...

I dont want to give up .. there is no reason to stop trying

we have provided study course for university and it still didnt help... no travel history as she has no reason to travel to a foregin country alone..... what can i provide more about the employment status? another letter? stating what? i am cornered here..i wont give up..whether its 7th time...

and employment prospect in country of residence... even though we provided job letter, working there since 2011, not sure what more ppl have added to prove ???? this is such a joke man...6th time , all for the same reasons....nothing more I can add here

Thanks for the reply.. i was conparing it qs well with the other 5 times I have applied... each time it was either before or 2 days over the listed processing tine.. this time for whatever reason its way over so that's why I thought it was odd... i dont see why they would prolong if they want to...

Ugh I sure hope so too! We wont give up until its approved and to think that the whole Liberal govt was about reuniting familes , sibligs etc and to have trv rejected 5 times its so disappointing.. lets hope this time they give us a chance as ttey do to others on this forum

Adding to this thread.. been 14 days for me and still no reply... estimatdd processing time is 11 days per website.. last rejection took 13 days so i dont know how to take this as good or bad am i in for another rejection or a positive outcome ? Thoughts?
