I did , but the only page that makes sense of the entire document, is really the Note 1 .. the rest is just repetitive info...

great thanks for quick reply. also in document checklist it asked for proof that able to support myself, my sister lives in states and sending me money so I just gave all that information to them in case they want to contact her
