Hmmmmmmmm. With this theory of FIFO, does it mean a 24Dec APplicant who hasn't been charged till date should forget about being charged if 31st Dec applicants are already reporting CC charge? One thing I have noticed about NOC 3233 ( on another forum) is that it is very slow and cold...
