Friends, I have got email for medical, PP and RPRF. Wanted to clarify, what amount is payable. Is it $490/- for Principal and Spouse, EACH? child being<22yrs, is exempted? And what is "certified" cheque, NVDO website has listed this as an option to pay fees. Pl guide.
