Thank you for your kind response. But this is the confusion, if I have to write about all my visits to Pakistan from London and to London from Pakistan. Then It will be too much to write. As I visit Pakistan once or twice every year. So, I will be keep on writing on the forms and spare sheets...

Congrats, I also received MR along with "IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM & SUPPLEMENTARY FORM" from LVO both form are very trick and confusing looking for help to fill them out :'( :'(

Thank you for your quick response. I am really confused. I have not received RPRF, all I received was MR along with "IMMIGRANT SUMMARY FORM & SCHEDULE FORM" and they gave me 30 days to complete these both forms and send them back. :( :( :(
